Getting started

Open the Intent Gate toolbar dashboard, add a hostname and approve its site access. Open that site, write your intention and wait for Continue to become available.

Settings and privacy

You can change site waits, the grace period, Loop reminders, manual Tired mode and the nightly self-check in the dashboard. Nightly checks are enabled by default for 9 PM through 2 AM and can be changed or disabled. Daily statistics use a local 6 AM boundary.

Activity stays in your browser profile. Export CSV if you want a local copy, or use the dashboard to clear activity. Avoid sending private intentions, URLs or activity exports in a support request unless needed. Read the privacy policy for data handling details.
